Due to tremendous success with our LifeLink system, Matrix Interactive is seeking an office manager to support daily operations supporting the sale and delivery of systems to our client base. The successful candidate must be within approximately 20 miles of our corporate offices in Thornton PA. Some work from home may be possible.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
This individual will be responsible for the daily operations of the LifeLink business. These include:
- Answering customer phone calls, questions, informing customers of the benefits of the LifeLink system.
- Assisting with shipping of the systems in the event of a backlog in fulfillment.
- Ordering supplies
- Some business development to senior care facilities, retail outlets, senior home services, etc. will be required; secure initial contact for followup by sales representatives.
- Some ability to troubleshoot and/or assist with technical support may be necessary.
SKILLS:
- Pleasant personality.
- Love to work with seniors; believe in the mission of LifeLink
- Ability to work with a computer and typical productivity tools like Internet, Microsoft Office, etc.
- Diligent in work ethic.
- Honest and dependable.
- Some experience in a health-related field is desirable.
- Some experience in the telecommunications industry is highly-desirable.
- Some experience with online marketing, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+ is desirable.
- Must have access to a car.
